"Tracking my delivery was a hassle..."
I couldn’t keep tabs on my delivery, even though it was promised. I reached out to your customer service, and they told me the courier would give me a ring when he was on his way, but that never occurred. When he finally arrived at my place, he just honked the horn of his van for attention and didn’t bother to knock on my door. The tiles are fantastic, and buying them was a breeze, but the rest of the process could use some improvement.

Fantastic samples arrived the following day, and they were priced just right! Some businesses ask for a ton of cash for tiny samples, but Tons of Tiles sends full tiles, which is super useful. We're definitely gonna place an order!

"Great Support from the Team"
The tiles showed up fast (which is expected considering the delivery fee) and even though a few were damaged, this was quickly taken care of. They sent out replacements in just 2 days, and the courier seemed to handle them with a bit more care this time around!

"Great tiles, but the delivery fee is a bummer!"
I really liked the tiles; they’re of excellent quality and totally worth the cash. But man, I was let down by the delivery charge of £29.99 for just 14 tiles when the tiles themselves were only £39! That seemed pretty unfair to me since the only choice was a kerbside palette delivery. A smaller service could’ve handled it for way less than half that price. Not sure if I’ll return with those kinds of costs.
